Domingos Semenzato (1908 - 1993) was a Brazilian guitarist and composer. He was a good friend of the great Brazilian guitarist Carlos Barbosa-Lima. Semenzato was from Sao Paulo where he had many private guitar students. The most known and played piece of him is DIVAGANDO, though this one – PICAPÁU is beautiful too. Picapáu means Woodpecker.
